Well Defined Service Level Agreement
As a customer of Acefolio you are entitled to superior levels of professional service. Our system is based at Level 3, one of the biggest ISPs in the world, and connected to the international backbone via a 100 Mbps port. For complete resilience and security both our connectivity and Domain Name Server (DNS) registrations are duplicated with another leading London-based ISP. Our service level agreements (SLAs) for Standard and Hi-resolution packages are comprehensive and cover all arrangements for backup and subsequent recovery of any assets lost or deleted during the administration process.

No Capital Expenditure
Acefolio is a subscription service based on actual usage, bringing very sophisticated internet technology to firms at what we believe to be a minimal price. Although a small integration charge is levied for customers which need the system embedded in their own site, this is waived for those committing to an annual contract.

Reduced Lifetime Cost of Ownership
Many larger firms are tempted to make investments in database-driven web technology to power their websites. This often runs into tens of thousands of pounds and still does not address the costs of hosting and maintenance.
